Work At Home Agent

As the first point of contact, you’ll be the warm and friendly voice for our clients, reaching out to their current and past supporters, sharing great stories, answering questions and providing world-class fundraising and customer service experiences. Fundraising Agent
Our passionate fundraising agents work out of our St. Catharines-based donor care centre as part of a unique community that helps to inspire happiness and help make a difference every day. Performance Manager
As a Performance Manager you will be challenged to deliver outstanding fundraising results for our clients, and a rewarding employee experience for our team. This is a true grassroots opportunity to get “off the bench and into the game” making change from the front line and through all aspects of the business.
To be successful in this role, every day you must demonstrate an extremely curious perspective, be unflinching in your quest to deliver outstanding results for our clients, while being 100% driven by team satisfaction and engagement. We believe high performance outcomes and fun are not mutually exclusive – they are both critical to success. This role is almost entirely measured by results.
